Over tired can't sleep

By the time it takes to get ready to go out, too tired to go. shower and shave all over, 30-40 minutes, dry and moisturise, 10-15 minutes, choose what to wear, 15-60 minutes, shape and paint toe and finger nails 20 plus minutes, make up 30-50 minutes if it goes well, get dressed 15-30 minutes, choose jewellery, 10-20 minutes, find heels to match outfit, 10-15 minutes, that's it tired now time for a sit down.
