There's only two types on the list, gullible and other scammers typically dom cis women. Sorry to be brutal to the genuine people but if I was you I'd be removing my friend with this person and blocking them and generally the majority of profiles that have M1stress or G0dess or Domin... in their name are scammers. Check your profile and remove them from your friends list unless you are absolutely sure they are genuine and can be trusted. The more attention these scammers get just encourages them to keep at it. They aren't interested in being your friend but only in your wallet or purses content
