Good afternoon my lovelies. Oh my it's so nice to have a warm sunny light evening at last! Feel like I need to get in shape. Winter has seen me get rounder and rounder I'm afraid. My penchant for good food meeting my angelic skills in the kitchen causing an explosion of my waistline!!! Got to think of so healthier options now and start working this excess off with some exercise. And it's gonna start with some stretching. If I'm going to keep up my maidly duties I need to be bendable 😊 xxx
