Right here goes..... My story... I'm 52, and have just recently admitted to myself and my family, that I am a crossdresser. I guess I knew what I was, when I was in my early twenties, however due to generational stigma, and my own insecurities, I convinced myself it was only a sexual fetish. Fast forward 30yrs, and a misunderstood (entirely on my part) comment from my gf, left me frustrated. So as men generally do I resorted to porn... So there I was one day, scrolling through this porn site, and there they were... Men dressed in women's clothes, looking so confident and comfortable, I was immediately transfixed. Now don't get wrong, I am 100% hetrosexual, and I was in no way sexually arroused by them, but my mind was on fire, it felt like I'd found a piece of myself, I didn't even know was missing. A couple of days later, after much urmming and aching, I order myself some lingerie online (as you do), and eagerly awaited delivery. When they came, I tried them on, and wore them to bed (gf was none too happy when she realised, I can tell you), I thought I'd feel shame, guilt, or even try and joke my way out of it. But I didn't feel any negative emotions, at all. In fact I felt comfortable, confident, and unequivocally unashamed of the fact that I was laid there, in bed, wearing a pair of lace boyshorts, a bralet and suspenders, and nothing else. I think my style (at least for now until I get more comfortable/confident, will be goth, as it is quite androgynous, and will allow me more freedom to explore. So any advice/tips, would be greatfully received. I look forward to hearing from you all.... Morning ladies, looks like a gorgeous day for those of us in the UK (who don't take sunshine for granted!) Will soon be receiving my high-v neck type size F breast plate, and have a random question.. Tips!! A couple of dressing discoveries you may find useful. Share your own in the comments!! 1) Tube dresses make great long skirts, tube skirts make great short dresses ! My fave skirt was a full length metallic tube dress, I cut off the top part, turned it inside out and have a full length tight skirt that is a joy to walk around in ☺️ 2) -some- skirts/dresses can be turned inside out to give a different look! 3) A necklace can make a lovely jangly anklet!! I also use a thin waist chain with mock crystals as a really nice anklet. :) 4) Lined dresses and other items can be transformed into something sexier if you carefully cut out the lining. Some of my fave seethru stuff had a lining I removed. 5) Poppers.. most modern stuff is isopropyl nitrate.. not nearly as effective as amyl nitrate that it used to be. Not sure why Crossdressing has changed, when this site first started it was all about dressing, make up tips, advice on wigs, fun chat. It was considered embarrassing to show knickers while dressed, bums and bulges were a big no no. We did show lingerie tastefully and in context to wearing dresses over it. We weren't prudes and did chat about sex and joke about experiences, but in a fun way nothing too explicit. Now it seems to be the norm to show up skirt and semi naked pictures that are posted to just stimulate sexy comments. We had pride in being crossdressers, the way it has got now I am quite embarrassed to admit that I do dress femme.
