If like me you like to wear a wig and are never sure how to store it (or them - i'm up to half a dozen!), you probably also ladder stockings... Cut off the toes, reach your arm through (so the stocking covers your arm) and take hold of the parting of the wig, then pull it through the stocking / pull the stocking over the wig , hey presto! Wig held safely so it won't tangle! Once covered, you can roll it up, tie in a knot, whatever you need to put it away for next time :)

And another! The "5 second" is bollocks, but it does make unfarkling a wig that looks like it's been through a hedge backwards (not far from the truth for a few of mine) a lot easier, remembering to start brushing from the ends and work up to the cap!

These brushes are good for the job, too:

End result is good, leaves the wig feeling soft and silky, and ready for restyling - most synthetic wigs can be given a nice look with curlers and a steam generator to "set" the curls (haven't tried a real hair wig yet - out of my price range and i'll put up with synthetic until my hair's grown! Only a year so far to get to my shoulders from a severe Interview Cut!)
