In my life time I’ve personally lost four dear friends to cancer.
Self checking yourself only takes 5 mins in the shower or bath, what ever works.
If you notice a difference, harder than normal or lumpy, go get checked.
Don’t be embarrassed or afraid to ask the questions that you really want to ask your doctor.
